Sighing, the proud male leaned back against a tall tree, arms crossed in mild annoyance. ‘Where are they?’ Equius had been waiting for his hunting partner for awhile now. He was aware sometimes things came up but at least they could give him some sort of warning. He could always start before them but that just wasn’t done. And being in foliage just set him up for some attack from a lowblood with no decency to openly challenge him. He’d learned to accept the random playful stalking from his moirail but that was the only troll who could get away with it. The equine busied himself by examining his prized bow. It would need to be cleaned again later today. Resting in his grip for so long had made the wood sweaty.

Equius had been busy for the past few days between a massive project for the highbloods and visiting Nepeta. He supposed that nothing really should have surprised him to be called to see Darkleer. He’d been busy recently too. He stood before the masculine beast before him with a bowed head.

“You called for me, ser?”

Soon enough the reason for his calling was revealed as a bow and a fistful of arrows were thrust into his arms. A hunt. A faint smile grew on his lips then before he shouldered the bow and stashed the arrows into a quiver. So the hunt would begin.

I am sorry for my unannounced hiatus. I had gotten a new game recently and have been playing the heck out of it. Dx DRAGON AGE HAS CONSUMED MY LIFE AWPOIGHAEGHAEB Okay enough of that. Back to Equiqui nao.
